I led the GTM strategy to support signing Angel Reese for her license on sporting goods collaboration. I conducted consumer and trend research to define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and set the tone for the line’s design direction, including color palettes and key style elements. I performed a competitive analysis of women’s basketball brands to craft a product matrix strategy that would differentiate us in the market. I then created and presented the full marketing and launch strategy deck to Angel Reese’s team. As a result, we secured the license, signed a year-long exclusive selling contract with Target, and drove $800K in total sales.
