To support the launch of Reebok’s new core sporting goods line, I led market research and competitor analysis to identify whitespace opportunities across key retailers. My research guided the product matrix strategy and helped define a clear value proposition for the line. I provided insights on pricing tiers and design gaps in the retail landscape to support the buyer’s decision-making and influence the design team’s planning. I also created the product catalog used during sales presentations and acted as the project manager overseeing cross-functional teams, suppliers, and retailers. The launch led to a year-long selling contract with Walmart and reached $800K in revenue, including through Angel Reese license.
